TechTrex Inc. and Matica Sign Co-operative Marketing Agreement

Toronto, ON (September 12, 2006)TechTrex Inc. and Matica System Srl jointly announced that TechTrex Inc and Matica System Srl, a company which is part of the Kaitech S.p.A Group, have signed a Co-operative Marketing Agreement to jointly promote and market Matica personalization system and TechTrex's card issuance software suite as a "total solution" worldwide to customers.

Under the terms of the Agreement, TechTrex and Matica shall provide customers with an integrated smart card issuance solution. TechTrex and Matica will market this "total solution" together. Typical applications of these smart cards include contact and contactless EMV cards with loyalty applications, financial card applications, and multiple-application secure government identification cards.
