May 9, 2008 TechTrex Inc. announced that certification has been granted from Elavon for it's CoreTrex SP2 device.
CoreTrex SP2 is a highly-secure IP hardware solution for POS transactions. The SP2 is similar to an IP terminal in that it performs IP transactions and deploys like a terminal; but incorporates it into the form factor of a true network device. This router-like device houses up to 15 applications in its 64MB of memory and supports up to 15 simultaneous transactions to 15 different users.
